Financial Advisor Training Program

The ACA Success Program is comprised of a two year financial advisor training program that covers all the essentials to building a profitable financial planning practice.

Year 1

Marketing Support

  • Successful Marketing Binder
  • “Describing What You Do” – a four-part class presented by Casey Truffo, professional marketing coach
  • Accountability calls with Success Program Concierge

Practice Management/Set-Up Support

  • Quick Start Checklist and accountability calls with Success Program Concierge
  • Administrative Issues module
  • Up to two hours of compliance consulting with Carr & Schwartz

ACA System Support

  • Modules on each of the first-year client appointments
  • Sample appointment DVDs
  • Virtual classroom recordings & live calls
  • Live group instruction
  • Three days of visiting with established ACA members
  • Mentoring through the first series of ACA appointments
  • All other member benefits and access

Year 2

At the end of your first year as an ACA member, you and our training department will assess your progress toward the goals you laid out in your membership application and discuss your vision of your ideal practice. The ACA training department will then develop a custom program designed to support your specific goals and a strategic plan to implement the supports. The second year support program will help you achieve your idea practice more efficiently and effectively. 

 

The cost is $1,500 (in addition to renewal dues).
