Sending packages
When can I send my materials?
Packages may be delivered to the hotel three (3) days prior to the date of the conference.
How do I address my package?
The following information must be included on all packages to ensure proper delivery.

Am I allowed to attend a session?
Yes. We only ask that you let our attendees sit first to make sure they aren’t left standing.
Can I attend the Welcome Reception?
Yes. We encourage all of our sponsors to attend the Welcome Reception.
When can I set up my table/booth?
You can set up any time after 5PM on Wednesday, October 3rd as long as you have prearranged this with Amy Stevenson at the Greektown.
Do you assign tables?
Yes, tables are preassigned. You will be given a map of the exhibit area and your table will be marked upon arrival.
Who should I contact if I have questions once I’ve arrived to Greektown?
Amy Stevenson the Greektown event specialist can be reached at 313-477-1196. Joy McShane Oyler, Donelle Kremke and Kim Werth with ACA will be on-site to help with any of your needs.
Can I attend any of the planned activities?
Yes, we encourage to attend any outside activities that attendees enjoy while visiting Detroit.
